Hi, I cannot thank this company enough for providing an excellent service when wanting to scrap car. Rang at around 10.45am, was given a price I was more than happy with. Within the hour the driver was at my door ready to pick up my car. The driver was very professional and a real credit to the company. He explained everything that I needed to know. You made the whole process of scrapping a carvery easy, from the first initial enquiry, to picking up the car was excellent.

Communication was excellent, advising and asking, informing and not patronising.

The young man who picked up the car was very professional, rang when you said he would, arrived when you said he would and acted in a manner that is a credit to the company. Even making sure my excited toddler got a wave from the man carrying the car away.

In all, an excellent job was carried out from start to end.

I shall recommend you to anybody that asks about scrapping cars in future.

Called up at the end of the day July 2018 and received a great quote for a van that had been sitting on our driveway with a seized wheel. A driver was round first thing the next day, they were friendly and explained clearly any steps I needed to do. The van was taken away quickly with no fuss.

Rang IJK this morning. 01/02/18 Gave me a price I was happy with. My vehicle waa picked up within the hour. Pick up driver was efficient and clarified the end of life procedure process, saving me the time and the hassle.

Amazing service from these guys. I put the details in online one evening, got a call before 8.00 AM the next day with a higher offer than I expected, and the car was collected at the time promised. Lauren is the office was superb and responded very quickly when I contacted her and the driver was a great guy.

These people are in danger of giving the scrap metal business a good name!
